4.9 across 770+ Google reviewsMeet Dr. Daniel Cho, DMD

Dr. Cho grew up in Beaverton, graduated from Westview High School, and left Oregon just long enough to earn his undergraduate degree at Pepperdine University in Malibu. He came home for dental school and earned his DMD at Oregon Health & Science University in 2013.
After several years in private practice in Vermont, he returned to the Northwest for good and took over the Cedar Hills practice built by Dr. Rickland Asai, continuing a legacy of care that many of our longtime patients still remember.
Dr. Cho takes more than 100 hours of continuing education every year, with a focus on implant surgery, sedation, and the technology that makes both safer and more predictable. He’s a member of the American Dental Association, the Oregon Dental Association, the Columbia Study Club, and the ITI Study Club (International Team for Implantology), and he lectures to other dentists on applying new technology in practice.
Outside the office, he’s usually outdoors with his family: camping, crabbing, or clamming on the coast. He trains at a local CrossFit and Jiu Jitsu gym and takes barbecue seriously enough that it may come up during your visit.
The people who remember your name
Most of the visit isn’t spent with the dentist. It’s spent with the front desk that checks your insurance before you commit to anything, the assistants who set up your headphones and blanket, and the hygienists who notice when you’re tensing up and slow down.
Our assistants speak Spanish, so you can be helped in whichever language you’re most comfortable in.

You’ll Always Know Why
We’ll put your x-rays and 3D scans on the screen, walk you through what we’re seeing, and lay out your options, including the option to wait.
