Emergency Dental Care

My wife had called several dentists in the Portland area looking for an emergency appointment due to an abscess tooth that was causing me severe pain Dr. Cho's office was the only practice to return her call and personally returned her call to our amazement. We were able to make an appointment the following day. Our many phone conversations with Alexa was pleasant and informative. Upon our arrival Alexa greeted us with a smile and was very polite. As for the service that we received from Dr. Cho, he was very informative polite and service was excellent. I immediately got the sense he knew exactly what he was talking about and knew exactly how to approach the issue. He had excellent bedside manner and made my comfort priority without sacrificing excellent service. I live in bend Oregon and will be transfering my primary dentist to doctor Cho's office and I'm more than happy and willing to make the drive from Bend to Portland for the service provided. I would recommend doctor chose practice to any and everyone I know including any who ask for a recommendation.

I had a dental emergency while visiting Portland and was in terrible pain due to a chipped crown that was cutting my tongue for 2 days. First Alexis, then Selena, Gabby and Dr. Cho were all very kind and caring to me. My pain was relieved immediately by Dr. Cho examining the xray, the tooth and his understanding that I wanted a short term solution as I had 9 days of travel left before returning home to Texas. He ground down the razor sharp edges on this tooth and another tooth and then explained what would be needed later. I was informed of the cost prior to going in (wonderful, because my insurance didn't cover this). If I lived here, I would choose to become a Life Bloom Dental patient because of the wonderful way I was treated by everyone here. The energy of the office is very welcoming and comforting!!! WOW, WOW, WOW If you need a dentist, even if your past experiences with dentists weren't the best, you should consider Dr. Cho and the staff at his office. I needed a dentist in an emergency and found the practice on the internet. I called one day and in less than 24 hours I had an appointment. Also, that first night, Dr. Cho called me to see if there was anything he could do the night before the appointment to relieve any pain I was experiencing. That attention and concern for me was greatly appreciated. At my appointment that I arrived at 10 minutes before my scheduled time, I was greeted warmly, they had done their due diligence with my insurance provider and let me know exactly what my cost would be before I even sat down. In the chair, every person was cordial and professional and made me feel as though my issues were their only concern. This is a great practice with great individuals and should be your dentist if you're looking for a good one.

On a Saturday morning I experienced severe pain in my face and thought it was an abscess. I called Dr. Cho's office not expecting to be able to reach anyone. He returned my call minutes later and made an appointment with me a couple hours later including an assistant. X-ray and examining concluded the problem was neuropathic. He also called the neurologist 's office to alert them of the problem and facilitated their cooperation in dealing with the problem. I am most grateful. Ron Reinebach
